Facility hours of operation is Monday to Friday from 6:45am to 5;45pm. Present during today’s inspection were 29 preschool children with 5 staff members. Drinking water is available in the classrooms via a Brita water pitcher that gets refill from the filtered water from the kitchen. LPA observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted on 11/21/2024. LPA observed a total of 4 sinks and 4 toilets available for the preschool children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 48 children. The facility currently has a fully fenced playground area. The outdoor play area has stucco fencing with wooden lattice materials at the top and the fence is at least four feet high. The total square footage for all the outdoor activity space was previously measured to be 3842.74 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity.
