Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there were 10 children in care without the helper present which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will ensure that the required assistant is present at all times when operating within the Large Family Child Care Home capacity. The licensee will review daily attendance and scheduling to verify that children are not accepted into care until the helper is present. A written statement of understanding will be submitted to the Department by 11/17/2025.
