Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having the stairs barricaded at the bottom of the stairs and LPA observed knives in the kitchen drawer that were made accessible to children, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed Licensee put the barricade at the bottom of the stairs at the time of this inspection. LPA observed the knives were removed from the kitchen drawer at the time of this inspction.
