Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. This requirement was not met by licensee not documenting last emergency drill which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated, an updated emergency drill log will be submitted for licensing to review via email by 6/02/2025.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Three sleeping logs have not been updated for 3 infants enrolled, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that sleeping logs will be updated every 15 minutes, for the 3 children under 2 years old who are currently enrolled. Licensee will provide documentation to licensing by 6/02/2025.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will have the parents complete a LIC 9227, and show proof to licensing by 6/02/2025.
Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited as LIcensee does not have child files for five of six children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states will ensure all children in care have complete child files.
