Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two of the infants they have in care (children under age two). This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA provided licensees a sample copy of children's nap log. They stated that they will use the nap log to document the 15-minute checks beginning today. Ms. Felix will submit copies of nap documentation no later than 6/19/23.
