Based on record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee’s Mandated Reporter Training has expired which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated he will ensure to complete AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training and send certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 2/19/2024.
Based on interview and record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the Licensee’s CPR/First Aid certification expired on 9/2023 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated he will ensure to complete EMSA Pediatric CPR and First Aid training and send certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 2/19/2024.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in (1) out of (2) children did not have any forms completed for review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA provided Licensee the LIC311D which lists required forms for children's files. Licensee stated he will provide the child's completed files to LPA by 2/1/24.
