Resolution: Mrs. Dela Cruz shall obtain a copy of course completion for Domingo & Joshua Dela Cruz and submit a copy to the Department no later than 8/18/2022.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Helper Domingo Dela Cruz did not have a current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certificate on file. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Mrs. Dela Cruz shall ensure that Mr. Domingo Dela Cruz complete a Pediatric CPR/First Aid course no later than 8/31/2022. Proof of course completion shall be submitted to the department no later than 8/31/2022.
