Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that fire drills have not been conducted or documented within six (6) months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will conduct and document a fire and safety drill and send the documentation to SDRO for review. LPA provided licensee with the fire drill documentation form.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that assistant S1's MMR, Dtap, Influenza immunizations were not available for review which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will subit a copy of S1's MMR, Dtap, and Influenza immunizations to the SDRO and keep a copy in the assistant's pesonnel file.
