Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the pool does not have a pool cover or pool alarm which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that she will install a pool alarm or pool cover by the correction date 06/30 2025 and send video as well as photo evidence to the LPA via email.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there aren't any life rings nor a pole with body hook which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that she will have life ring with outer diameter of at least 17 inches and at least one pole with body hook that is also at least 12 feet long available at the facility placed by the pool and send video as well as photo evidence to the LPA via email by POC date of 06/30/2025.
