Resolution: Licensee stated she will complete the online Mandated Reporter Training AB1207 by 02/20/2024 and will submit a copy for the plan of correction to the San Diego Regional Office by 8/8/20. The Licensee will ensure to renew her certification every two years prior to the expiration date.
