Based on record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee’s Mandated Reporter Training was to available for review which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will ensure to complete AB-1207 Mandated Reporter training and send certificate to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction by the due date of 9/28/2025
Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she did not have any record files for one (1) infant in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: LPA provided Licensee the LIC311D which lists required forms for children's files. Licensee stated she will provide the parents with the required forms to fill out and return and will submit the completed file to the LPA by 9/11/2025.
