Resolution: Licensee made the drawere where the knife was located inaccessible by putting a latch on it. Licensee removed the cleaning compounds at the time of this inspection. Licensee signed the form that states she understands this regulation.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not providing proof of not providing the department with proof of Helper Paige's Measles immunization, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that Paige will have her Measles immunization completed by 2/28/25 and will send a copy to the Department.
