Resolution: Helper #1 locked the kitchen and bathroom cabinet with a latch making the items inaccessible to daycare chidlren at the time of this inspection. Helper #1 stated she understands this regulation and will make sure all dangerous items are made inaccessible to children.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having a current mandated reporter training certificate for Helper #1, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Helper #1 stated she will send the department a copy of a current mandated reporter training certificate by email by 4/30/25. Helper #1 stated she understands this regulation and will make sure its always updated.
