Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee did not have sleep logs for the 16 month old baby in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Licensee states that she will start the sleep logs today and will provide this week's logs to LPA as verification of correction by the plan of correction date. She will ensure these are done for all children under 2 years from here on out.
