S1 did not accord the children dignity when S1 yelled at the children in care on multiple occasions. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of the children in care.

Children were shamed for not paying attention, hitting others, and for having a potty accident. S1 humiliated/shamed the children in care when S1 had the class single out a specific child and tell the child their behavior was wrong. In addition, C1 and C2 were left in soiled clothing while under the supervision of S1. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of the children in care.
