Based on Licensees admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that they were placing infants to sleep in their car seats, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Immediately, Licensee agrees to only use car seats for transportation and will obtain cribs for the infants in care and submit proof to CCL by 07/14/22.
