Based on record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee and her helper stated they do not infants do not sleep while they are in care. Thee licensee does not have any detailed log of the infants sleep patterns which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee shall start documenting the infants sleep from now and until the infants reach the age of two years old. Licensee will submit to Licensing Department no later than October 4, 2024 proof of documenting (Log provided) for the three infants in care (ch 1, 4, and 5) for the period September 20 to October 3, 2024.
