Based on observation , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall provide proof of current serviced fire extinguisher or receipt of purchase of new fire extinguisher 2A-10-BC or larger. . In addition, the licensee shall submit a written plan describing how she will ensure compliance with the annual serviving requirement going gorward.

Resolution: Licensee shall provide documentaiton of three consecutive days of 15-minute checks for the child. In addition, the licensee shall submit a written plan describing how she will ensure that 15-minute checks are consistently completed and how she will prevent missing themi n the future.
