Resolution: The Licensee shall start infant nap logs for infants in care and submit week of documentation to the Department by 5/3/2024. Documentation shall include the infants name, time of check, initials of staff member conducting check, and notes about the physical state of the infant. Nap checks shall be every 15 minutes.
