Resolution: Licensee shall document every 15 minutes the check ups on infant sleeping until they turn 2 years old. License will submit proof of documenting the infants asleep for the period 8/16/23 to 8/28/23 and will submit to Licensing Program a copy of the log (a template was provided today) on the evening of 8/28/23 or on 8/29/23.
