(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time... Supervision shall include visual observation. Based on staff interviews it was determined that there was a lack of supervision. Due to lack of supervision this poses as a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
(g) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other items that could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where inaccessible to children.
