Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having cleaning chemicals in an unlatched cabinet under kitchen sink which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will store chemicals in a way that is inaccessible to children in care and send proof of their safe storage to LPA by email by 15 February 2025.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not conducting a fire drill in the last 6 months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire drill and document it on a fire drill log, and send proof of log to LPA by 14 March 2025.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having required postings visible in facility including the Parent's Rights Poster which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will post required postings on wall and send a picture of their presence in facility to LPA by email by 14 March 2024.
