This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview, LPAs learned that classrooms are not regularly and thoroughly cleaned, which presents a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The licensee shall take measures to keep the center free of flies, other insects, and rodents. This requirement was not met as interviews the facility is having a problem with rodents and pest. Facility not being cleaned on a regular basis. This is a immediate risk to children.
