Resolution: Licensee will get a new carbon monoxide detector and send LPA proof of its existence in facility by 3 June 2025

Resolution: During inspection, Licensee moved spray to locked storage in facility bringing facility back into compliance. Deficiency cleared during time of inspection.

Resolution: After 10 minutes of inspection, licensee returned to facility, bringing facility back into compliance. Licensee will review ratio requirements for operation moving forward. Deficiency cleared during time of inspection.
