Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having a diluted bleach spray bottle on kitchen counter during time of inspection which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During time of inspection, Licensee immediately removed spray bottle from kitchen and moved it into locked, off-limits garage. Deficiency cleared at time of inspection.
