Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having a documented, conducted fire drill in the past 6 months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire drill, document the drill on a fire drill log, and send proof of its completion to LPA's email by 4 January 2026.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having cooking knives in an unlocked kitchen drawer accessible to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: With LPAs present, Licensee moved knives to kitchen cabinet which is out of reach to children.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having a loose blanket in a pack and play with a sleeping infant which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: With LPAs present, Licensee removed loose blanket from pack and play containing sleeping infant. Safe sleep regulations were discussed with Licensee.
