During an interview it was revealed that the facility served milk to the children that was expired one day after expiration date. Headstart Manager stated that the have already addressed the situation and have conducted staff training to prevent future incidents from occurring. In the areas that were evaluated, deficiency was observed at the time of the visit and cited on LIC 809D. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
