Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having gate for pool fence latched open which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: During inspection, Licensee immediately removed latch and closed pool fence, bringing it back into Title 22 Compliance.

Resolution: During inspection, Licensee called parents and had 2 children picked up from care, returning facility to proper ratio and in compliance with Title 22 regulations.
