Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by: LPA observed an infant sitting in an exersaucer in the playroom which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA explained that baby walkers, exersaucers, and jumpers are not permitted to be in daycare. Licensee had her assistant remove the exersaucer and place it in an off limits area. LPA reminded Licensee that it can not be used for children during daycare hours.

Resolution: During the inspection, licensee had a helper arrived and helped the licensee supervise the children.
