Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Both licensees Mandated Reporter training has expired in May of 2023.
Resolution: Licensees will ensure to re-take the training through www.mandatedreporterca.com by plan of correction date of 02/12/2024. Certificates of completion can be e-mailed to LPA, tanya.washington@dss.ca.gov.
