Based on observation, LPAs observed a child over the age of two years old sleeping/laying in a crib, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The cribs observed were labeled with manufacturer guidelines which specified that the cribs are to be used by infants. Per CCR 102352(i), "'infant' means a child under two years of age."

Resolution: LPA will return to observe child sleeping on age-appropriate bedding.
