Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having cleaning compounds accessible in unlatched bathroom sink cabinet and having medicine accessible on top of cabinet in on-limits loft which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During Inspection, Licensees removed medicine from cabinet and latched bathroom sink cabinet making items inaccessible to children in care. Deficiency Cleared during time of inspection.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having an infant in care asleep on master bedroom bed with pillows and blankets which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During Inspection, Licensees immediately moved infant to a safe sleeping environment. Deficiency Cleared during time of inspection.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not having a current roster of children which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will create a roster on LIC9040 which LPA provided during time of inspection. Licensees will send LPA proof of completed form by email by 7 April 2025.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not maintaining sleep logs for infants in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensees will start logging infant sleep checks on an infant sleep log. Licensees will send 2 weeks worth of documented sleep logs to LPA by email by 7 April 2025.
