Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having a knife in an unlatched drawer in kitchen area of child's play room which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During Inspection, Licensee removed knife from drawer and stored it in an inaccessible cabinet bringing facility back into compliance. Deficiency cleared during time of inspection.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having a poison plant killer stored in inaccessible cabinet, but was not stored behind a lock as per regulations which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During Inspection, Licensee removed plant killer from latched cabinet and stored it behind a lock bringing facility back into compliance. Deficiency cleared during time of inspection.
