Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not conducting and documenting a fire drill on a fire drill log in last 6 months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will conduct and document a fire drill on a fire drill log and send proof of completed fire drill to LPA by Email by 12 April 2025.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by storing poison plant killer in latched kitchen sink, but it was not behind a lock as per regulations which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: During Inspection, Licensee removed poison from latched cabinet and stored behind a lock. Deficiency cleared during time of inspection.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above not having 19 year old Imagine Evans attain fingerprint clearance with department which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will get Imagine Evans fingerprinted through Department's Guardian system by 13 March 2025

LPA observed a grass/weed killer chemical near the side shed and cleaning chemicals such as Comet Bleach in an unlocked cabinet. LPA observed the Licensee immediately correct, and remove, the chemicals upon request. Although immediately removed, these chemicals had been previously accessible to children. This had posed an immediate health and saftey risk to children in care.

Resolution: Through observation, the Licensee has witnessed the Licensee take immediate action to correct the deficiency. During today's visit, LPA has cleared the deficiency and issued a letter of clearance to the Licensee.
