Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed six preschoolers and two infants in care of Staff #1.
Resolution: The Licensee stated she will submit a written plan of corretion to LPA by POC date of 3/11/2024. Licensee also stated that she will be bringing.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Upon LPA's arrival at 10 AM, Licensee's assistant was alone with seven children ages 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5 and 8 months. The Licensee is out of compliance with ratio by one child. Licensee arrived to the facility around 10:25 AM and stated she was running an errand and was not aware of this regulation.
Resolution: Licensee will submit a written plan of correction to LPA by POC date of 03/02/2023.
