Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA did not observe a life ring, body hook, alarm or pool cover and a daily pool inspection log.
Resolution: Per licensee, a life ring, body hook, alarm or pool cover and a daily pool inspection log will be obtained by the POC date and provide proof to the department.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the pool gate does not open away from the pool but open towards the pool which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will fix the pool gate to open away from the pool instead of towards the pool by POC date (04/26/2024).
