When LPA arrived to the facility, there were 12 children (3 infants and other ages children) with an assistant until licensee's daughter arrived to the home, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: The licensee's daughter arrived to the facility. The licensee was arrived aroung 11:30.

A infant was sleeping on the bouncy seat with a blankety cover on the top, A blanket under the infant when the baby was laying down,which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA talked to the licensee and her daughter. They put the infant in the playpen, removed the blanket and mobile.
