Based on record review, the licensees did not comply with the section cited above as neither licensee has current CPR/First certification, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated she has a class for recertification scheduled for 10/25/2025. Licensee shall proof of completion to LPA by the POC due date 11/14/2025.

Based on interview with the licensees, they did not comply with the section cited above as neither have current EMSA certfitied pediateric CPR/First Aid certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA provided Licensees with a link to find an EMSA certified provider. Licensees will complete the certification and send proof to LPA by the POC due date: 10/04/2023.

Based on record review, the licensee was not able to provide proof of current AB1207 Mandated Reporter Training. Licensee stated that she and co-licensee have not completed the training since LPA's last inspection on 09/12/20219. This does not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA reminded licensee that the training must be renewed every two years, and provided the Licensees the website on the 809. Licensees will complete the required training and send proof to LPA by the POC due date: 11/19/2021.
