Facility is requesting an increase in capacity for preschool program and a room switch from room 102A to room 106. Capacity requested is 24 and facility has submitted required documentation, fees and a new fire clearance to the department. Days and hours of operation are Monday -Friday, 7AM – 5:30 PM. Fire clearance dated 12/18/25 identified the preschool program operating in room 106 with a capacity of 24 children. Preschool Indoor Activity Area: LPA has determined that there is sufficient indoor space to accommodate requested capacity. Preschool Bathroom Fixtures: There are 3 toilets and 3 sinks sufficient to accommodate requested capacity. Preschool Outdoor Activity Area: LPA has determined there is sufficient space to accommodate requested capacity of 24 children due to additional outdoor playground for preschool. The following was observed: Hazards and other dangerous items are stored inaccessible to children. All floors are clean and safe, and classroom is equipped with appropriate size and age furniture. Bathrooms were observed to be safe, sanitary and in operating condition. Outdoor activity areas are enclosed by appropriate fences, free of hazards and supplied with age and size appropriate equipment in good condition.
