Based on [(observation) the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that, at 11:09AM LPA observed cribs with sheets too large and not tight fitted to mattress in crib/play yards used for sleeping which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Facility replaced all sheets to meet requirement of firm mattress with tight fitted sheet that overlaps the under side- and submit invoice during this visit. Deficiency cleared during this visit.
