Based on [(observation) , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed 3 cribs with food debris and general soil on sheets and mesh which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Facility changed sheets, and removed loose debris during visit. Facility submit proof of cleaning of mesh and sides of crib by POC due date 01/12/2024
