CAMPOS FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on [(observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section ciited above and which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit proof compliance with HSC1596.814(a)(1)(B) by POC due date of 08/15/25 for pool cover and/or alarm.

Based on [(observation) (interview) (record review)], the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA did not observe any required safety equipment per HSC 1596.814(a)(2) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit proof compliance with HSC1596.814(a)(1)(B) by POC due date of 08/15/25 for safety ring and pole.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the LPA observed an infant child wrapped in a blanket while napping in the crib which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LIcensee wrote a letter of understanding stating they understand the Title 22 regulation that there shall never be loose items in the crib while a child is napping and has also informed her staff of the safe sleep reguation. POC was cleared at annual visit on 7/11/24

Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above poisons, knives, cleaning compounds, medicine accessible to children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Assistant did remove above items and will provide a statement of acknowledgement, understading, and compliance to regulation 102417 (g) (4) and send proof to CCL by 8/4/2023 Assistant agrees to place a lock on the knive drawer and send proof by POC due date of 8/4/2023
