.§1596.8662 Availability of information regarding detecting and reporting child abuse and neglect; training for mandated reporter who is licensed day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility; proof of completion (b) (1)   On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training

Resolution: licensee will update her mandated reporter training and submit a copy of the updated certificate to community care licensing by 10/18/23

Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one adult working at the facility without a criminal record clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will ensure all staff have a criminal record clearance before working at the family day care home.

Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in C1, C4, C5 and C7 not having immunization records available for review. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will ask the parents to bring the immunization records and complete the immunization card for each file.
