Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the Licensee's Assistant does not have a fingerprint clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee shall have Nicole Woods obtain a fingerprint clearance before returning to the daycare.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one infants were found to be sleeping in their car seat, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall remove the infant from the car seat and email the LPA a summary of what was learned in the Safe Sleep regulation provided to the Licensee.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one staff did not have a completed Mandated Reporter certificate, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee shall email the LPA a completed Mandated Reporter for "General Training and Childcare Providers"
