Resolution: The LIcensee shall maintain the sleep logs for all infants and send the LPA 5 days of sleep logs no later than October 30, 2023.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two out of two staff present did not have a Pediatric/Infant CPR certificate which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The LIcensee shall submit a current Pediatric/Infant CPR certificate no later than November 15, 2023.
