Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in a pool alarm was not present during todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to obtain and install a pool alarm which meets ASTM International Standard F2208. Licensee agrees to submit a video of the working alarm to CCL by 8/11/25.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a rescue pole with a body hook was not present during todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to obtain a rescue pole with a body hook and a minimum fixed length of 12 feet. Licensee agrees to submit a picture of the rescue pole with body hook to CCL by 8/11/25.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a daily inspection log was not present during todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to create a daily inspection log and submit a weeks worth of entries to CCL by 7/18/25.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that disaster drills were not on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a disaster drill and submit copy of log to CCL by 7/18/25.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a life ring was not present during todays inspection, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to obtain a life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches and labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard. Licensee agrees to submit picture of life ring to CCL by 8/11/25.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 staff did not have a current CPR/First Aid certifiacte on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee and assistant agree to complete CPR/First Aid training (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or EMSA) and submit a copy of certificate to CCL by 2/5/24.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 staff did not have a current mandated reporter certificate, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee and assistant agree to complete mandated reporter (Child Care Provider - AB1207) training and submit a copy of certificate to CCL by 2/5/24.
