Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that stairs were not barricaded, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated children do not go up the stairs but understands the regulations and will install a gate to barricade the stairs and submit proof to CCL by 8/21/23.
Based on record review and Licensee admission, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 infants enrolled did not have a 15 minuet sleep log, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they were unaware of the safe sleep regulations regarding documents sleep checks. Licensee agrees to start documenting 15 min sleep checks on C2 and submit proof to CCL by 8/21/23.
