Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that A1 is residing in the home without a criminal record clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. A1 was previously fingerprinted, however; was fingerprinted for the wrong department not meeting the eligibility requirement's of CCL.
Resolution: Immediately, Licensee agrees to have A1 fingerprinted and submit a copy of completed LIC9163 to CCL by 2/3/25. LPA provided a blank copy of LIC9163 and provided information on Guardian. LPA advised Licensee to verify clearance - eligibility after an adult is fingerprinted for their facility.
