LPA toured the facility, took census and met with Director Norma Ramirez to further discuss lead results received and measures taken for remediation of lead exceedances. During the inspection, LPA toured and obtained photos of the following water outlets identified with lead exceedances: Outlet C (19 ppb) and Outlet D (15 ppb) which are located across from classroom 91 near the front entrance. Facility's outlets C and D were water fountains. LPA observed outlets C and D were removed and a portable water dispenser was ordered. In the meantime, a portable water dispenser is available for use in classroom 90. Photos obtained of additional source of water. LPA observed notification of lead results posted at the facility entry- front doors. Due to facility water outlets testing above approved lead levels, a deficiency has been cited. See LIC809D.
