Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct a disaster drill and submit a copy of the log to CCL by 1/16/26.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 did not have an LIC9227 on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have LIC9227 completed for C1 and submit a copy to CCL by 1/9/26.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that C1 was asleep in their pack n play with several stuffed animals surrounding them, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During inspection Licensee immediately removed the stuffed animals. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement of their understanding of the safe sleep regulation by 1/6/26. LPA went over the safe sleep regulations and provided a copy.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 2 infants did not have a sleep log on file, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to start conducting and documenting 15 min sleep checks on C1 and C2 and submit a weeks worth of entries to CCL by 4/5/24.
